Dorset is proving to be a wonderful place with so much to photograph that I haven’t left the county yet. I plan to head down to Cornwall early next week. The weather continues fine with a mixture of cloud and sun and no rain since I have arrived in England over three weeks ago. They are having an Indian summer and its delightful for Landscape Photography.

Arrived in England a few days ago and travelled down to the Isle of Purbeck where my daughter and my Grandchildren are living. This is a beautiful area and its about 9 years since I have been to this particular area of Britain. Naturally enough i am trying to get up early most mornings as the light at this early part of Autumn is quite beautiful. I am fortunate enough to be getting some good weather and so am really taking advantage of this. Will try and coax my son-in-law Matthew out early on the weekend, we have some spots we want to try including Swanage Durdle Dor and also around Corfe. Have photographed so far, the Frome River very early around dawn, Corfe Castle at Dawn, Arne, Old Harry Rocks and Lulworth Cove. But still lots more to do along this amazing coastline.
