Into October now and the weather is starting to get quite changeable. Clouds each day are amazing and beautiful…. it helps the landscape so much that photographing it is a real pleasure. Early mornings are a mixed bag. It is often a no-show….but how to you know unless you get up and drive to a pre-determined spot and wait….hopefully for something wonderful to happen. The afternoons give no indication of what the dusk will be either…. somewtimes my gut feeling paid off and I got the most spectacular light show….at other times the light fizzled out or rain came over. Mostly though… I had great light, soft and lovely to work with! Cornwall is a fine place for landscape photography and I had plenty of time to visit places like St Michaels Mount, Marazion, Penzance, Mousehole, St Ives, St Just, Boscastle, Levant tin mines and Port Isaacs etc….. Highlight driving back through Devon was the highest (Elevated) Church in England at North Brentour…. it literally takes your breath away…. 360 degree views and the wind ready to blow you over! Continual Church services here at this spot since 1135 Wow!!
